“Three things: 1 The original transaction was processed very quickly and the subsequent communication was excellent. 2 The delivery instructions had to be changed and those were put into effect and confirmed immediately. 3 We also received a 'phone call after (2) was instructed, which was very impressive. All in all, great, efficient, fast and personal service.”
