“Customer service always excellent. The only complaint I have is the quality of the natural wood mouldings which sometimes are marked and occasionally warped.”

“I had ordered some jumbo mount board which arrived in two packages. One package was fine as the edges had been reinforced with stiff cardboard but the other was just taped with soft cardboard. This second one arrived open on one side with the mount board really dirty where it had clearly been dragged around. When the delivery men arrived they were balancing it on a corner in the road. There was nothing written on the package to say that it had fragile contents, and must not be bent which would had been a good idea. On the plus side it arrived promptly. Many Thanks”
