“I have been using lion for several years both in London and Cornwall. I used to visit the Hayes branch regularly. A very enjoyable and much missed experience! My last order was as usual perfect and arrived well packed. I have absolutely no complaints about Lion. Good quality and always reasonably priced. And very helpful on the phone too.”

“Minimum of 10 sheets mixed sheet material is for us a disadvantage,however I do appreciate the rationale. The free delivery curtain seems very fair. Surprised that collection facility has been removed totally.”

“What a great company to deal with. Everything has always arrived quickly, quality is superb. I had a problem once when the courier damaged some sheets and Lion replaced them the next day, telling me to keep the old ones and if I could use them then to do so. I don't shop anywhere else for my picture framing supplies.”

“Framing itself was perfect, but the delivery company used by Lion were very poor - the “overnight” delivery took from Wednesday evening until the following Tuesday evening. Apparently we live towards the end of the delivery route and if there is stuff left on the van at knocking off time then tough! Of course, the same thing happens the next day, and so-on. In theory this means that it could be possible that the delivery may never be made! This is a shame as the frame was just what was needed.”

“I have been a customer of Lion for Many years & always had most exellent service as usually collect in person, Lovely polite usually cheerfull helpfull staff. I recently did my 1st online order which I will be frank got wrong (I put the wrong moulding number in), One email & they sorted out My mistake easily & mouldings arrived on time well wrapped & in perfect condition, I highly recommend this company & products. “Very competitively priced products and great customer service. Extremely speedy delivery of the Logan mat cutter I purchased. Fantastic bit of kit, so easy to use, and so accurate. I’ve already mounted all the paintings and sketches I’ve done over the last 3 months since becoming a ‘lockdown artist’. Even successfully triple mounted one little sketch.”

“+ Points: Very good delivery, always on time, but expensive at over £10 a time. Good range of products. Helpful staff. - Points: Damaged mouldings received. Charged for mouldings not received. On one occasion the Moulding received did not reflect what was shown in the Catalogue or on line.”
