“As a ceramicist, I've been looking for a way to frame my work. I was so pleased to find the St. Ives and the chop services, it was just what I needed. I found everything I needed with the help over the phone on the correct hanging hardware. Delivery was prompt and well-packaged and even though I was only buying a small amount, I felt like a valued customer. The online videos and booklets that came with the delivery were a great help to me as a newbie. They are one of the nicest companies I've dealt with in a long time!”

“Very helpful phone order and understanding. New venue for delivery clearly understood and arrived 3 days later - v good for the Highlands. Very well packaged and no damage. An order two months ago was damaged but Lion was quick and helpful with compensation. Been with you 10 years and all much appreciated”
