“We have been receiving a lot of damages over the last few months and I have had to chase your team over and over to get damages credited. Also, the couriers you use are independent van drivers a lot of the time their standards are not great, to say the least. It is little wonder we receive the stock in poor condition. Saying that all credits are now up to date, hopefully this feedback helps sort out some of these issues. Many thanks, Dave Ashton”

“Mostly excellent service but occasionally it appears that when I order a single length it could well be a returned or rejected length that's been put back into stock. If not the case , then single lengths have to be checked better as it more difficult to 'cut-out' any damage.”

“After contacting customer services, I was not sure of the moulding I required. The young lady I spoke to sent me a free sample so I could compare. I then put my order in and it was delivered the next day. Superb service all round. Will most definitely deal with Lion again. THANK YOU.”
