“Items arrived quickly and safely and so far appear to work well. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the last metre of lime wood has a dark streak all along it. Which is fine as it’s a natural product but really annoying as I was under the impression from the photos and text on the website that all the wood would be pale. I can’t use that last bit now unless I paint over it which is not the plan as I just wanted to use Danish Oil. Feel I’ve wasted my money.”

“How did you do? Very badly! I wanted just 1 metre of red nylon loop cloth (357) Why is it only sold in 5 metre lengths ? You have to cut it off a roll individually so it wouldn’t hurt to cut off 1 metre. That’s all I want and I don’t want to have to pay for and throw away 4 metres of cloth. I asked that as I had placed an order for over £600 maybe as a goodwill gesture you could alter your rules, it would appear that was too much to ask! Ok you have have lost my custom apart from essential purchases. I’m a ‘brummy’ went to b’ham art college,wher’s your loyalty?”
