“Catalogue is well-illustrated, clear and easy to use. Order process simple and effective. Time between order and delivery was excellent. Packaging was very good so products were all well - protected and in good condition. One mountboard was missing from my order,which was a pity, because I will be delayed in completing a contract. However, the way this issue was handled was very good - always a sign of a good business. As a first-time customer, I was really impressed by the whole experience.”
