“Hi you have been very prompt in dealing with my deliveries. Unfortunately the rugby display case I ordered has been damaged in the delivery process 3 times. Apart from the obvious mishandling of the object which on the surface seems well packed ( plenty of bubble wrap and double boxed) However the fitting of the clear acrylic case over the black base is a loose fit so I think the packaging would benefit from that gap being padded with foam of some sort and further corner protection around the base of the display case which is where damage has occurred in all 3 deliveries. Hope this is helpful and fingers crossed for a successful 4th delivery!! Regards Giles Stanton.”

“As usual Lion never fail with their service to customers. Have been using them for many years traveling to the store from Worcester to collect orders . However I am very happy now with on line orders and delivery now to Worcester. With my recent order, I had missed of the Isola Slate grey beading which I needed urgently. A quick call to George in Sales , he arranged for next day delivery, had to pay delivery cost, but well worth it.”
