“i paid for next working day delivery arrived in the evening when we had all gone home had to be collected the day after so i paid for a service i didn't get,needed something else tried amazon got it next day”

“I completed my on line order but requested they held it back as I was returning two sets of Morso blades for a full service and would like all returned together. That was not a problem and fulfilled. Once the blades were received, they telephoned to advise that one set only needed sharpening which saved me money. I then added to the order which again was not an issue for them. An e mail advising my complete order was on way by courier. A quick, helpful, painless service. Highly recommended.”

“STILL PROBLEMS WITH ONLINE ORDERING, IN THE PAST THE PEOPLE AT LION WERE EITHER FRAMERS OR HAD A KNOWLEDGE OF THE PRODUCTS FROM A CUSTOMER/FRAMERS POINT OF VIEW, NOW SEEMS TO HAVE MOVED TO CALL CENTRE/DISTRIBUTION WAREHOUSE.”
