“I ordered moulding from Lions and it arrived very quickly (overnight courier) and was very well wrapped . the lengths were wrapped in breathable wrapping rather than plastic and in a sturdy cardboard box . Moulding isn’t cheap so having it arrive undamaged is brilliant!”

“I have been in the framing business for 42 years now and have to admit that Lion since it started has been a key supplier of the framing essentials that ALL framers need. Also they have introduced so very many innovative extras that have made all of our jobs far easier. Lion have always bent over backwards to accomadate any special requests that we have made , with a customer orientated service is second to none.”

Dear Brian, Sorry to hear that your order hasn’t been delivered and we have contacted the carrier to pass on the additional information that you have provided regarding the delivery address. As trade suppliers we use commercial carriers to deliver your goods - most orders are delivered by DX Freight, and the rest via DPD. Both carriers require a signature to confirm the goods are received in good condition. Carriers also assume that your premises are clearly marked with any business name displayed and open from 9.00am – 5.30pm from Monday to Friday. Should you have difficulty with these requirements, you can provide an alternative delivery address in 'My Account' or during the checkout process. It is also important that any contact number given for the delivery address will accept unlisted numbers.

“As a company my experience has been very good, delivery is next day and in the years we have been using Lion we have had no issues. This order was for premium stretcher bars, we have been using these for some time and have found them to be very good. Unfortunately they have changed the style of the bars and have left me with bars that don't fit with the new bars. The new bars do not come with the length stamped , which is irritating but not a huge deal. My personal oppinion is that the bars are not as good quality as previously and that is very dissapointing. Whether an original painting or print it is important to us that the finished product looks and feels of good quality.”

“Ordered on Friday 11/3/22 with a delivery day for the following Monday/Tuesday, (14th/15th)....actually arrived on the Saturday,(12th), the day after ordering so was extremely pleased, ( i did not think couriers worked on a Saturday)”
