“Lion offers value for money. The staff are always very friendly and helpful - both over the phone and in person at Birmingham. Recent problems I have encountered are damaged mouldings which have been delivered in ripped packaging so that is obviously a fault of the delivery firm. However, occasionally when I collect from B'ham, the mouldings are also damaged - especially the natural woods. Having said that, staff are very good at replacing the damaged mouldings when pointed out. My only other criticism would be that one has to order 10 sheets of mountboard for delivery whereas D & J Simons only ask for 5 - and only ask for two lengths of moulding as a minimum.”

“Fine but I didnt need the catalogues. Im afaid I threw them out. What a waste. My house isnt big enough for them! Also the website said free postage but ordering by phone it was only free over £100. But my package did arrive next day as promised”
