“I ordered a roll of your heat sealing film, which I use regularly for protection of my A1 advertising boards. Your sales lady was very helpful when I telephoned, and took my order there and then - she didn't send me off to do it on line, for which I was very grateful - and payment was straightforward with a credit card. The parcel the next day, at no extra charge, and was in perfect condition. Thank you hugely for such splendid service. And thank you so much for continuing to supply this heat sealing film which gives such a great protective finish to display boards and photographs.”

“Unfortunately my order was incomplete and damaged. This was quickly rectified by the excellent customer care team, although one of the replacement mount boards was also creased. I think Lion needs to look at how it delivers/packs card and moulding. Still a great company. Cheers Colin”

“Excellent service although a slight problem with was resolved quickly My order was delivered promptly next day and I advised Craig in sales immediately after placing the order to alert your production to the longer lengths to be checked for straightness (also noted on order sheet). CL1648 Chop 22mm 'Richmond' Black Unfortunately 2 of these arrived warped and I tel. your Tracey who actioned this immediately and replacements were made (arrived 21.10). This has happened on previous orders. I understand that natural woods such as the black ash cannot always be 'perfect' but this was beyond acceptable tolerances. The black ash suits my work perfectly and is a moulding which is very durable for exhibition work. Saying that Lion is still a very good supplier and excellent service and prices.
