“The rabbit skin glue was under weight, however the whiting was slightly overweight as it should have been!!! The parcel must have been dropped because part no 6454 two of the 15 mm v nails cartridges had come apart (ie the retaining plastic had come out of the back of the catridge allowing the v nails to come lose) I put them back together. If the cartridges had been placed down wards and there had been a "this way up" label on the outside then this would have been more unlikely to have occurred and there would have been no fault on your part.”
