“My delivery was an item short. I phoned and spoke with a very helpful Lion rep and was told to email Lion explaining the issue. I have as yet had no response, not even an acknowledgement to say that my email has been received. I do not want to have to keep phoning to find out what is being done but I was expecting a swifter response to my problem. I do not imagine that they receive so many emails that it would take so long to address my complaint.”

“I've not dealt with Lion before, and just needed spare parts for a Fletcher point gun. Archana was very helpful, helping identify the parts , and they were dispatched to us same day. It was only a tiny order of a few pounds, but the service was brilliant as though I was spending thousands. I'd recommend Lion to anyone.”

“Great items, good prices, well packed. I ordered mounting board, a cutting mat and a mat cutter. Would have preferred to receive the cutting mat packed flat with the mounting board, not rolled tight and bundled in with the mat cutter. It’s taken me ages to straighten it!”
