“I first used C-rail hanging system for our studio refit in 2012, when we moved last Autumn I brought most of the system over and fitted out ouir new space. On two occasions since then I have bought more C-rail to extend the system. My issue with you is (1) that it is not clear that the various C-rail profiles are not the same size and (2) that an email discussion with you this week has gone quiet from your end. I expect a full response from LION at director level.”

“Not impressed.I had asked for my framing to be delivered on Feb 11,as there would b someone in.It arrived yesterday and was left outside my door in the pouring rain as there was nobody in,this is wood for God’s sake! The framing is good but my moulding arrived damaged last time(no reply to that e mail),and now this.”

“Whilst Lion offer a broad range of products it's a shame they keep increasing their order value in respect to delivery charges now being £120 +VAT. Additionally having to order a minimum of £50 +VAT worth of frame mouldings is becoming prohibitive for a small business like ours. Others in the business allow us to order just one stick length if needed. Ok, still a delivery charge but sometimes this is less painful than carrying surplus stock. Come on Lion, review your order structure and give the small businesses like ours a fighting chance. Thanks from www.nleephoto.com.”

“Excellent service and very quick delivery but: Very high delivery charges for small items which could be sent by post Very high minimum order charge £50 before VAT and carriage is a lot for small organisations such as clubs who only need a few spares Unusual items not indexed on your web site, customer has to know the part number which is a bit of a problem”

“Excellent product range, everything you can think of, and some you can't. Great service, the only let down is the minimum order quantities and cost with regard to shipping but this only bites if you are not ordering business quantities. I will be returning for more.”
