“Lion have a team of friendly and helpful staff always available to deal with enquiries and offer advice. They offer an excellent range of products to cater for almost any framing job. Order turnaround is very quick but if you live in the more remote parts of the Highlands, be prepared to accept delays as a result of a one size fits all courier service. The ability to receive smaller orders by Royal Mail etc seemingly not an option.”

“In all respects I have found Lion Picture Framing service to be excellent. I wonder if you are let down by your carrier. My recent order languished 24 hours in Rhyl Depot. I tracked the overnight delivery and made diary alterations to accommodate the delivery which didn't turn up. Perhaps they had illness etc. My order might have been urgent but it wasn't so only I was inconvenienced.but I have never had this before so perhaps there is a reasonable explanation from the carrier or you should just monitor their efficiency. JENN 4428.”
