“Apparently the carrier has tried 3 times to deliver my parcel. I was not aware of this until I checked the status of my delivery. They did not leave a card to say that they had been unsuccessful. I could have arranged the redelivery earlier!!! The service from Lion PFS LTD has been good it's just the carrier I have concerns about.”

“Very impressed - I couldn't remember the code of the product I ordered 2 years ago - you supplied it - I ordered what I wanted and the delivery was prompt and I had e-mail from carriers telling me when it was to be delivered and it was right on time.”

“I have developed a limited process and knowledge of framing over these last two years and Lion has helped in this. But closing an outlet ( near Heathrow) I could go to visit and now not having a delivery contact, ( on a Thursday) makes it all the more difficult. I found the website much more difficult than the brochure and ringing. So not too happy.”

“Mail order service is very efficient - v happy with chop service for my small volume business and one-off mouldings. Shame you closed your London branch as I now can't view and buy single lengths of mouldings and other minor purchases.”
