“speedy service with a polite and helpful staff. Any minor problems, which up to now, have been quickly resolved. No major issues Some printing errors in current catalogue. which hopefully will be resolved in the next issue.”

“I am still missing the convenience of visiting Lion South. I was also disappointed in the ending of your dedicated van service. However the service and delivery are very good on the whole. I will continue to use Lion for as long as the current service remains as It is.”

“Good range of frame profiles for 'chop service'. The frames I ordered were of nice quality and very precisely made, and I received them the next day. Shame that there is no delivery option for orders below £30 (before VAT).”

“I needed a bag of ten Daler mountboards. I called the office and a very helpful lady checked the stock and sent me an email confirming my order within minutes. I went to the Birmingham store two hours later was able to park just outside the front door. A very helpful man already had the bag waiting for me. And they have automatic doors - useful when you're carrying a bag of ten 44"x32" boards. Excellent service!”
