“pros: prompt service; good brochure and website for ease of ordering; rapid delivery service via Tuffnels cons: damaged or otherwise sub-grade (ie. seriously warped) mouldings are too frequent, ie. the damage is hidden under the wrappings of wrapped sets, not sustained during delivery”

“Excellent service, chop service is very good and frame pieces are well packaged into individual frames. Next day service worked really well, order was delivered next day by mid day. Chop Service has opened up a wide range of moulding without having to stock, really helps.”

“I received a visit from the regional Lion rep Tony who was very helpful. As a small business owner it is appreciated to know that a large supplier is interested enough to have a rep visit. Ordering from Lion is a pleasure and the experience is probably the best in the industry at the moment. Communication is good and orders arrive promptly. I appreciate that goods are packaged well and the quality of products has been very good to date. I will be happy to continue ordering more products. Also appreciated is the discount code for free next day delivery. It's good to know that Lion are keen to help a little in a competitive business environment. Please keep it up!”

“I have dealt with Lion for 30 years. They were good then and they are still improving. The catalogue is the sales rep in my filing cabinet, a handy reminder of items I might have missed off my order and keeps me updated with the latest trends, gizmos and gadgets. Order processing is excellent and on the odd occasion there has been a problem, the issue is always resolved without fuss. As we're in Ireland, I only hope Brexit does not spoil a good business relationship.”
