Also, the measurement of the single piece is exactly as I have ordered. easy to assemble and ready to use. the quality of the wood is very good just one discoloured piece, no embarkment of deformation of the wood”

“Lion picture framing supplies are my preferred choice when it comes to ordering for my business. Materials are shipped quickly, of excellent quality, and they are packed well. Mistakes will rarely but inevitably happen, when they do it's when supplies have been damaged during transit or misdirected to a different delivery hub by the shipping company (understandable given the volume of shipments they deal with). This is where Lion are exceptional. I can contact them directly via whatsapp, notify them of any damages/problems, and replacements are at my workshop in a day or two. The team at Lion are always professional and friendly when I need to contact them.”

“The service and products are first class, less than 24 hours from order to delivery. My only criticism is about the rough handling of the mount board package, see photos for details of damage. Three boards were damaged but only one was scrapped. Suggest you tell your delivery company to take with the handling and storage.”

“Excellent communication and brilliant customer service from friendly staff. Lionpic are a fantastic supplier and they are super quick to put anything right on the very rare occassion something isn't quite perfect. They are really helpful and even helped me when I needed to source a new part for my broken mountcutter. Highly recommended!”

“Generally a good service, but in our latest order a number of sheets of mount board had badly dented corners. Also too much was packed in one bundle which was too heavy for our staff to lift.”

“Very good, ordering online easy, delivery usually next day and orders normally are correct. The only exception is that sometimes the moulding lengths can be warped but other than that excellent. The staff, if you ring are very helpful and happy.”

“I have recently completed a framing commission for a local hotel. The client was particular about the moulding colour and dimensions. Lion came to the rescue with their excellent choice of mouldings and because of the width of the moulding to be used I decided to use the 'chop' service. This proved to be the correct move because not only does it save on waste material but the lengths I required arrived very quickly, were in superb condition and when joined the corners were spot on. The customer was delighted with their job and assured me they would not hesitate to use my services again but would recommend me to their friends, family and customers. Thanks Lion for a superb job.”
