“I am pleased with the range of products and also the quality. However I am not pleased about the closure of the trade counter. Although I can understand reasoning due to the pandemic, the facility to order online and collect isn't available and really should be. There cannot be a good reason to not have this available to local customers and it is no different to other trade and retail outlets including my own!”
