“I always place my order by phone, so I can report that the person answering the phone has always been friendly, courteous and makes sure that the mouldings I want are the ones ordered. Delivery is prompt, and the consignment is well packed and protected from damage. Lion provides a friendly and efficient service, for which I am grateful.”

“I am very much a first-stage customer. and my only order so far has been for a set of sample chevrons. I drove down to collect them from Manchester, to get a feel for how your company operates, and to take a look at your display. There was a very minor hitch, but this was resolved speedily - just enough time for me to grab a very welcome cup of tea from your bizarre machine! I was impressed by the helpfulness - I have in fact mentioned this to several people already.”

I placed the order for my Logan Mat Cutter on Thursday afternoon (the day before the long Easter Bank Holiday weekend), and it arrived as promised first thing on Tuesday.
