“We have bought from Lion for 17 years and have always received a friendly and efficient service. They have a large range and seldom have problems with supply. We haven't tried the molding ranges. I think we would be more likely to if a rep showed us some samples.”

Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. We have tried to limit our plastic packaging over the years. However, due to the fragile nature of moulding and to ensure the moulding gets to you undamaged, the amount we use is necessary. Many of our customers recycle our outer packaging for their finished frames! Best regards, Lion.

“We sent some blades for resharpening.Everthing went very well indeed...the DPD service (pick up from Currys) was extremely easy,and the blades were returned within a couple of days which exceeded our expectations.The blades themselves have never cut better, so please give the grinder a pat on the back!”

“Sadly your next-day offer is a bit ironic. Bad weather meant the courier couldn't get to me, which I quite understand. But two emails that 'we called and you were out' were irksome since I was unable to get out. Instead of the courier waiting until the road is clear and delivering then, I seem to have to drive 7 miles to a drop off point to do the courier's job for him or her. I ordered nearly a week ago. Not Lion's fault, but you did ask. New courier perhaps? Still no goods. Royal Mail and Parcel Force do well round here - they know their patch.”

Hi Christopher, Sorry to hear you are having problems with your delivery. Have you contacted anybody here at Lion regarding the issues? I can see from the tracking details DPD are suggesting it was attempted twice last week, on the 18th and 19th. They have uploaded an image of a red door on both occasions? I will email you those images across, just to double-check if that is the correct premises? If it is their error; I don't see why you should go out of your way to collect from Depot/Pick Up shop, so will try and get that changed. Apologies again for the delay on your order, it left ourselves last Wednesday. Regards George

“Lion continue to offer a great range of picture framing products, backed up by helpful service and advice. Their website is easy to use and order from and delivery is always done promptly.They are a very efficient company to deal with. Unfortunately, the service we receive from the carriers that Lion use lets down the overall experience, as we have too frequently had very poor service from DX, resulting in mislaid and delayed receipt of orders.”
