Good afternoon, Sorry about that. You should have received that by now. I will resend the goods today for you. The carrier network is currently facing issues caused by rocketing volumes combined with shortages of drivers, depot staff and vehicles so things are taking a few days longer but this one left us last Monday! Will get that moulding resent and apologies again for the delay there. “Lions is always perfect, evey order I place arrives quickly, the call staff are very helpful. One time I placed an order of stretcher bars, and they called to inform me they are changing the design of there stretcher bars in a months time and asked if I would like to still place my order, or wait for the new type to come in, so I wouldn't end up with two types of stock that aren't interchangeable. They didn't have to do that as the order was placed but It showed caring. I would highly recommend!”

“I am a self-employed artist and have purchased framing materials from Lion since 2003 and always found their service to be second to none. While living in the Midlands, I would call into the trade counter and collect lengths of molding and other materials and sundries. For the last 10 years I have lived in East Anglia. I now use the chop service - which is fast, accurate and very satisfactory. On the very rare occasion when there has been an error in an order, it has been rectified straight away with no fuss. I recommend Lion to fellow artists at every opportunity!”
