“Lion were great but the delivery was not good he tried to delivery to the wrong house then left it out in the rain next time even though my neighbour asked him to put in the garage then was rude to him!”

“Easy to navigate website, stock holdings are normally sufficient to avoid out of stock items. On the occasions that I have experienced damages (due to carries, not packaging) replacements are sorted in a timely manner. From my own dealings, Shane especially could not be any more helpful and definitely deserving of an individual mention.”

“Very impressed with the chop service. I ordered ten chopped frames on Friday morning - and they were delivered on the Monday (one business day) - correct size, perfect cuts, well wrapped. Couldn’t ask for better.”

“I am extremely pleased with my first purchase from Lion. The website was easy to navigate, there was plenty of information available to assist me in making my choices and I was very happy with the prices. I live on an island whre shipping can be expensive however the shipping cost from Lion was very reasonable. Everything was extremely well packed especially the molding I purchased. Overall I am very satisfied that I have found a supplier who will ensure that I get the best materials in the best condition, as a newbie framer this is important to me.”
