“Very pleased, prompt service, item carefully packed and undamaged (50x40cm mountboard whose corners are vulnerable). Item came via DPD who provide a tracking service and accurate time slot. The LION website should state this instead of leaving the impression you have to stay in all day. One has the impression that LION's website has not kept pace with developments in the logistics industry, a minor change in wording would avoid anxiety at the ordering stage and perhaps prevent a potential customer going elsewhere. LION have a wide range of products and I want them to stay ahead of the game. Ordered Fri 18 Jan and arrived Mon 21 Jan.”

You are one of three suppliers that we use who I wouldn't consider changing no matter what discount a predatory supplier offered. The level of service that Lion offers plays a huge part in our ability to offer our customers the package that they have come to expect from us and I thank you for that.
