“When I received my order the packing box was soaking and falling apart at one end but that was down to the delivery company. When I opened the package the Mountboard inside was sealed in plastic and in a good condition. On further inspection I found two boards that had adhesive lines the full length of them. I contacted Lion, they were helpful on the phone and sent out replacements the following day.”

“I’m a new customer but maybe you don’t want me. 2 orders placed so far first turned up late and damaged with sizes not asked for. Second arrived on time but again sizes wrong. Customer service was not very helpful. Didn’t try to resolve issues just offered to collect it all to go back. A manager called me a was helpful. Don’t assume new customers know your policy when sales don’t explain it”

“Continues to be excellent customer service. Easy online ordering process with discounts clearly shown. Turnaround/delivery time is outstanding, usually next day. Attention to safeguarding materials sent by external courier is testament to how much Lion care about quality. Everything comes very well wrapped and protected. I rarely have cause to raise any quality issues.”

“I am pleased with the product but thought the postage was very expensive.I didn't need 'next day service' and didn't ask for it. It arrived a day late anyway because the driver could not find the studio.”

Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. With regards to delivery, we only offer one price of carriage. If you order before 12 your order automatically goes out on an overnight and if after 12 it would usually take 1-2 days for delivery. If our carriers are unable to deliver they will try again 3 x and then send the items back to us. “My order was a mix of moulding (in full lengths) and Lion's chop service (a multiple of small Lime wood frames). Order was easy to place, and within two days it all arrived, very well packed and all good. The chop service items look good and clean (one of the things you pay a bit extra for, having someone helping with the quality control!). Will definitely be back for more!”

“Although the products are excellent I’m constantly having trouble with the delivery company. Not once have they managed to find my studio (even though a sign is up). Yesterday my delivery was left at the adjoining house and signed for by a ten year old boy...who had no idea what he signed for!”
