“I rang to enquire about display screen panel over hooks code 999. I was told to open an account on line and enquire by e-mail, which I did. I had no reply. I rang and spoke to customer service who apologised and confirmed it would be possible to send me a sample to check the size before ordering. I gave all of my details again. I was told a sample would be put in the post today? I heard nothing more. Two weeks later, on 23-02 2017 I received an e-mail to say my sample was being dispatched. It is now the 6th of March 2017. Nothing!”
