“Been a tricky couple of years for supply and quality but Lion have maintained excellent communications, updating customers as necessary. Any quality issue are remedied immediately and without contention. My rep is approachable, active, responsive and takes a genuine interest in my business when he visits. Lion offer a consistently high level of customer service and I'm delighted they are my main materials supplier.”
