“I've used Lion for over 20 years and the service just gets better and better. Easy to deal with, great support when things don't go so well, friendly and helpful, work with me on pricing, great selection of mouldings and I use them for the bulk of my workshop tools and hardware. I also find it easy to communicate through a range of channels they have available including phone, email, live chat and social media.”

“Very helpful response to telephone enquires Neat and well-designed gallery picture hanging system A clear video about the system indicating what to choose and how to fit it would have been good. Website was confusing as the mass of items was puzzling and selection not intuitive, All this solved by the help on the telephone was so good - put that marvellous person in a video please!”

“I ordered on-line, and two days later in the morning I recieved the delivery. I was also kept up to date how the parcel was progressing. The only slight problem that I noticed as I unpacked the delivery was some damage to the same corner on the mount boards. This I presume happened during shipment. But I can live with this! So generally speaking I'm a happy customer!”

“The best framers around. I get a lot of tray frames ordered on their chop service and it is always A+! In the very rare occasion there may be a defect on a piece, Lion send out replacements quickly not to hinder your business. I can’t recommend them enough. Don’t go anywhere else!”

“Superb customer service. I ordered some stock and a tool for a job. Sadly the order didn’t arrive in the allotted time frame. So after I sent a polite email enquiring a delivery update I was told the item had been delivered when in fact It hadn’t or someone stole it if my doorstep or whatever… A new order was sent out straight away, on the date of the email, and it was received the very next day. All thanks to Julia, who dealt with the problem swiftly and professionally.”

“We consistently get damaged moulding delivered that has to be replaced. In fairness to Customer Support, this is always acted on straight away and replacements are delivered next day with no additional charge.”
