“Ordered online, great service, and fast delivery”

“It was the first time I ordered from Lion. I ordered from the chop service. The quality of the moulding (Brompton and Ultrecht) is very good and I am very pleased with this side of the order. However, there were several snags. One of the parts had a mark on the face side that looks like something was pressed against it. It is not big, but still noticeable. Luckily the moulding is painted, so the defect can be fixed. Secondly, two frames were chopped to the wrong dimensions. I ordered two 6x12 in frames but received two 6x8 in. I will still use these frames, but I do need to order the right ones again. I wrote an e-mail to Lion, but unfortunately received no response. Nevertheless, I would recommend Lion. For the price the quality is good and there is a reasonably good selection of mouldings.”

“The item wasn't delivered, sent back to LION with no notification or email to say this had been done. The tracking said it was delivered to a location miles away and so I called to find out where it was to find out it had been returned.”

“Well where do i start i ordered some moulding at 10-11 o,clock they were here by 11.00 the next day great service on looking at the mouldings there was some damage, phoned up to tell Lions they had no problem in replacing them and once again next day. I just want to say what a great service team, they are a credit to the firm Nicola, thank you again for all your help”
