“Very dissatisfied with lack of response from Lion to explain why a high value mount cutter was left in a conspicuous place by our property fence by their courier without notification of delivery in spite of the sales office telling me I would receive a message from the courier . It was luck I saw the package just after it had been "dumped " at the property and before somebody walked off with it . My future framing and mount business will certainly not be with Lion .”

“click and collect / on line ordering easy and order packed & ready for collection when it said. However, we had to wait ages for someone to come and serve us. We used the red phone twice and waited, in the end a very kind cleaner took pity on us and went to find someone to serve us. Fortunately, we weren't in a hurry!”

“I made my order on line and realised is forgotten one item abd was able to update the order by phone very easily. The order was delivered next day. There c was less packaging than usual with some biodegradable air bags. I'm much happier with less packaging. Brilliant service all round.”

Our chevrons can take longer than usual to send out as they are assembled in-house if you did need any urgently please let us know at time of ordering and we will aim to get them out asap.
