“The images and product details on both the website and catalogue are very clear and makes ordering much easier and safer. Put this together with a simple and effective on-line order and pay system and it makes them my favourite to use. Oh, and if you need to talk to them their direct customer service is spot on.”

“Unfortunately I have had a really bad experience with the couriers you use - when they arrived they were kicking the parcels in the back of their van and brought out my mouldings damaged an wet!! I signed for the package damaged and he was very rude and told me he had driven over 200 miles to get to me and was very cross. Then he drove over our lawn!! Even the replacements you sent today have wet damaged packaging. Some of the mouldings have dark holes in the wood and these should have been noticed by Lion when packaging. I am understandably very upset!! And I'm still waiting to here from Lion!!”

“Your staff are well informed and very helpful. Julia returned my query on her iphone on a Saturday almost immediately and I was impressed with that service. My first moulding delivery was exceptionally good with good email communications. The delivery of some samples was not as good as the driver got lost! When all my samples are delivered I will put in my order. Thank you Lion.”

“I had a small problem when trying to order some sample mouldings on line. This was rectified immediately when I spoke to Tracey from the Sales dept on the telephone. Tracy was very helpful in setting up a customer reference number for me, and explained the service that I can expect from Lion. The samples arrived a few days later. As a result of this telephone call, I will be placing an order for items within the next 7 days of the date of this review.”
