“I have only just started using Lion on a regular basis, and the customer service I have received from all is second to none. There is always a helpful person there to help you with your needs. I must give a massive thank you to Shane for all of his help with my needs. Nothing seems to much trouble and it is like a breath of fresh air talking to him. He understands and sorts out any problems a I might have. I will certainly be using Lion more.”

“Great - everything delivered very quickly, well packed and happy with prices. I spoke to customer services as courier didn’t initially leave all items, Lion person was very helpful but in any case the courier was back in a few minutes with last package. All good. Recommended.”

“Prompt chop service but lengths poorly matched and badly packaged so tips of mitres damaged in transit. Will need to recut to remove damage. Not impressed.”

“Pleased with the service from Lion, put my order in on Friday lunchtime and wasn't expecting it until Thursday due to a bank holiday, but arrived Tuesday. My only issue was that the package was really heavy and difficult to unpack.”

“The Clear Film Polyprop 40mm Acid- Free 800mm x 120m, on my order and paid for on ordering has not arrived. There seemed to be four different parcels. Three arrived safely and on time but the polyprop film has not yet arrived. Can you help?”

“I love Lion, from start to finish Lion just do it. Their website is so easy to use, images are clear with links to moulding ranges. Pricing is clear, any questions and someone is ready and willing to help. Delivery is swift and parcels are packaged well, sometimes there are treats included 😋.”

“You asked, ¨How did we do?¨ Well very well, thank you! My last order was mostly chop service and every piece was perfectly cut, perfectly wrapped and delivered quickly. So quickly in fact I had got the delivery before I had read the tracking email. But such a shame lion chocolate bars no longer exist!!”
