“Our order was promptly processed. Asked a few times to correct the address an to not forget our VAT number that was added to the invoice in a way that does not seem legal...will see! Will be nice to full read the emails. The order arrived in good conditions and before the expected date. Nice you send your catalogs. Hope to go on shopping with Lion! Thank you!”

“I ordered a next day delivery of moulding on tuesday. I am yet to recieve it and its sunday. I have an important exhibition fast approaching and was relying on your company to send my materials promptly. I actually flew in from another country to do this framing, and organised a workshop in london to make the frames. I have lost time and money waiting for this delivery, and am still waiting. I feel insulted by the whole experience. On friday i spoke to a member of your team, explained the situation ( having already spoken each day with members of your team). She said she would get back to me, and didnt. £250 is a lot of money for me, and a week is a long time. I am on a low income and have a young family and took time away from work waiting for this delivery. Recieving it a week late is not acceptable. I feel I need a serious reduction in this order, and a personal apology. To add to the irony i have recieved a catalogue from you and this email. Is this a joke?”

“As usual Lion's service really friendly and efficient, however they've asked for a review. I happened to make a mistake with my last order so enquired whether I could order just the correct item, 2 x pack of double brass picture hooks, and pay postage. I was somewhat disappointed to be told that the carriage would be £26 as they would require packaging. Rather than wait until I needed another full order I found an alternative on e-bay post free. Moral is, Lion have a brilliant range and service but make sure you don't leave anything off your order that you need before your next order.”

“I ordered for the first time, the mouldings I received were damaged slightly. However, the customer service I received was excellent and resolved the issue immediately. Therefore I would recommend trying them out.”

“As an amateur framer I find Lion has the clearest and most user friendly website. One of my mouldings was damaged on arrival, and a replacement was sent out immediately upon request. Excellent customer service!”

“I have been using Lion to frame my paintings. I have very little trouble, and when I do have a problem, Lion put things right immediately. This has just been dealt with and everything has been put right, and quickly.”
