“I am not one of Lion's biggest customers, but l when I need picture cleaning and framing items, I always turn to them. The ordering system is clear and easy and the delivery is fast and efficient. I have had to ask for advice on two occasions, and both times have received the help I needed.”

“This business is very good. Their staff are knowledgable about their products I sent an e mail question about a product and had a reply 1 working day later. Delivery, Even though my orders are small and infrequent nothing is to much trouble. Thank you”

“If you phone Lion you always get a helpful knowledgeable person on the line. Their mouldings catalogue has useful diagrams on each page and is very user-friendly, with each range having names not just random numbers. If something’s out of stock they always know exactly when it will be back. Their sundries catalogue is brilliant too.”

“As an artist who requires an irregular framing chop service it is making it very difficult now to order smaller sized frames for clients with the minimum £50 + VAT and delivery requirement. I understand why, but it is forcing me to look at another supplier who appreciates our buying position and does not apply this requirement. I hope you can reconsider this requirement. Regards Chris”
