“Had seen the Lion picture hanging system at a friends house and decided to try it out in my own home. Found the website a bit confusing initially as there are several ranges of hanging rail, but once that penny dropped, it was a simple process to order on line & delivery was fast - as promised. Installation instructions very clear; the only problem was the hardness of the bricks in the wall making drilling a slow process - my house's problem, not the system. Looks very neat now its up.”

“Good and bad. The pieces I ordered were a good price and come promptly, but the delivery charge was outrageous. It turned out that this was because they'd included two very heavy catalogues that I didn't ask for or want - the catalogues were free, but the postage on them wasn't ! Spoiled an otherwise good experience”

We're happy to hear the items you ordered arrived promptly. Our delivery charges are fixed and don’t vary whether or not we include catalogues with the parcel. The packing and delivery charge on orders under £125 reflects the fact that we charge trade prices for our goods. Delivery charges are clearly displayed before the order is confirmed so that customers can factor them in when deciding whether to go ahead. We include a set of catalogues with all orders from new customers as the feedback we get from most is that they are a useful addition to the website in helping navigate our range.
