“Lion have a great range of materials however since reducing their size and only using external couriers the reliability of quality goods has dropped through the floor. Almost every order for mouldings is received with some form of damage to the goods resulting in then having to wait for additional material to be sent. To top it off, I received someone else’s order this week and they received mine! Speaking with Lion and writing to Nicola seems to be pointless. They are quick to replace damaged goods which is great, but goods shouldn’t be damaged in the first place if packaged properly! I used to love dealing with Lion as they used to be a reliable supplier with their own courier service, now it’s the opposite and I’m plagued with problems so I’m now looking for alternative suppliers as Lion just don’t seem to care.”

“I Ordered a chop frame for the first time from lion and i have to say the quality was spot on, it joined beautifully. It arrived quickly, and was well packaged with no damage. I would definitely use the chop service again.”

“Hi There, I had a great experience the purchase came quickly and all was efficient the only thing which isnt LION'S fault is that I live abroad so that the package had to be couriered and the catalogue was included so it became a very large parcel so next time I will ask for only the purchased product to be sent.”

“I recently ordered my first delivery after holding an account for over a year . Items were reasonably easy to find online, I especially like the moulding pages that have 3D images as it gives a better idea of what a finished piece will look like. I found the prices very reasonable for what I needed and the deliver came quickly . Will use again”

“Communication with Craig Jennings was optimal. But it took 1 week from stores to pack a 7kgs box even if I underlined that I needed the order urgently. So could not arrange transport before.”

“Staff good, telesales very helpful. Delivery quick. Shame the mountboards I received were the incorrect ones. Too late for me to arrange a changeover as I had to do a customers order with the wrong shade mounts the day I received them! Not helpful... well, you asked for a review!!”

“Dear Lion, Thanks for checking. My order all arrived OK. ( I haven't opened the mouldings parcel yet, but am trusting it's all correct.) I would have preferred it if you had notified me the day you were delivering it. I had understood that was what you were going to do. I would then have stayed in, and received it from you, and my neighbour would not have been disturbed. He get's rather irritable, and it was quite a bulky order. Thanks, Philip Johnson”
