“A very good price for a Rubi tile cutter and some Mapei products. Everything was well packaged, which can sometimes be an issue with these type of goods. Standard shipping took five days, so not the quickest but I didn’t need it urgently and I could have paid for speedier delivery.”

“We bought the black spot remover and it worked a treat on our prcelaine tiles. As soon as we applied it started to remorve the algy and with a minimum of brushing it completely disappeard. We were a little concernred that it could wash into the flower bed and onto the lawn, so we wiped it all all up, which was quite hard work, but hopefully there will be no side effects. We have yet to apply the sealer, but will do this in the spring before the algy starts dripping off the trees. The area under the tree was very black and is now almost clean.”

Thanks for your review. Whilst we understand that delivery charges can be a deal breaker sometimes, we are restricted by our couriers, packing and insurance. We also do not include the cost of delivery in our product like some of our competitors. Good news is that on most of our products the price is fixed and does not increase as you buy more. So the more you buy, the more cost effective it is! We'd also recommend checking out our competitions delivery costs, you may be surprised, especially when you get to final checkout!

“First time I ordered Eco Protec Black Spot Remover, total success, received within 2 days. Second time, ordering over the internet as before, the site would not allow me to put anything in the basket, I tried phoning but was cut off, so emailed. Having received a reply I tried again and all was well and order will arrive in 2 days.”
