“Prices from Lilley Tile and Stone are pretty good but the customer care is quite shocking in fact seems to be non-existing, with a recent order after 8 days from notification of being shipped I had no idea when the delivery was actually coming as DPD notified me they were awaiting the items but had not actually received them to process and complete the delivery. Despite 2 emails I have heard ZERO from Lilley Tile and Stone, the orders did eventually turned up but I already had to make alternative arrangements for the materials from another supplier as the complete lack of a reply from them was very unprofessional.”

Brian, We're extremely sorry you experienced issues your order. I don't want to use the "Covid" excuse but i know some deliveries were later than expected recently due to courier issues. Once we raise a despatch note the goods are ready for DPD collection so it would possibly have been a late pick up. Ref the communication issues I will forward your comments onto the Sales team. I know they are working as hard as they can to communicate back to our customers and i'm sorry that your issue was not resolved in a timely manner.

“The blade didn't cut the porcelain without chipping with wet or dry cutting, the centre bore was very poorly cut and wouldn't fit the sthil saw, damaged the blade to get it of the machine after at smiths hire, a very expensive mistake trying out your blade on expensive porcelain, refund definitely required”

Adam I will forward your comments on to our team so they can bring any issues up with the manufacturer. We don't actually make the product we distribute it and whilst we've not had any complaints before with this product we will still investigate further. Any feedback reference quality of the products we sell is always welcome, good or bad.

Hi Adam, After discussing with the store I see you guys have had further communication. Just to clarify, it looks like the industry has been replacing "Porcelain" product with something called "Sintered Stone", but in a lot of cases still labelling it as porcelain. It is a new stronger material and our manufacturer is working on a blade that will cut it effectively. To anyone else reading this please double check your material type before ordering just in case. Our store is now aware of the issue and can give more detailed technical support.

“Excellent service. This is the second time I've used them and both times the goods arrived promptly. Because of the size of this job I over ordered to make sure that the workman didn't have to stop and they happily took back the excess. I would absolutely recommend them and next time I won't bother comparing - I trust their prices to be competitive and the service is excellent What's not to like Thank you guys”
