“I'm a first-time DIY customer and recently placed two orders for external levelling compound. Each order was delivered within a couple of days, despite only opting for the 3-5 day delivery. The price was very competitive, the delivery costs were very fair and the overall service was excellent.”

“Your product rust remover did not completely remove the rust staining from my 3ftx2ft concrete slabs and I was a bit disappointed after paying £45 for a 5 Liter container. The staining was caused by a 4 in one product grass fertilizer and I have not been able to remove stains completely. there must have been some kind of sulphur in it. Have you any ideas what might help to get rid of these fertilizer stains. Mr Farmer”

“i don't normally write reviews but i found out that i had only partially ordered an item. When I found this out and requested that they try to get the item to me within 3 days (it says 3-5 day), they actually emailed me back to state it would be delivered the following day. This made a huge difference to our working day and the service from Lilley and Stone can only be commended. many thanks”

“I looked everywhere for an outdoor trim to finish off my front porch tiles and kept coming back to this Schluter one. Lilley Tile and Stone were the cheapest place to buy it from. It arrived promptly and was indeed exactly what we wanted. It looks fab and finishes the tiles off beautifully. Thank you”
