“Placed my order yesterday through Lilley Tile & Stone site. I received lots of info following my order to keep me updated delivery is expected the following day. Lilley Tile & Stone seem to stock the full Mapei range of products far more than can be found elsewhere. The web site is also a good information source.”

“Your site is good in relation to silicone and adhesives and the choices and colours available. But very disappointed in the carriage cost charged for my purchase which cost me more than the product itself. To purchase a one off tube of this silicone cost me £20.00 which i find totally unacceptable, but to keep my customer happy i had to pay this to achieve customer satisfaction with my customer. Best Regards Donny Forbes, DMF Services. Silicone-£7.05 including vat Carriage Cost-£9.99.”

“First time I've used them. Really helpful especially when I messed up my order. Got a phone call within half an hour to query it and they clarified what I needed. Prompt despatch and delivered on time. Excellent service, will definitely use them again.”

“Really pleased with the quality of service I received as I had emails keeping me constantly updated about my order and it's delivery, and when it came the Delivery Man was really helpful. The price I paid for the items I ordered and the delivery charge itself are very, very good when compared with other websites; I know this because I always do a thorough search. I came across Lilley Tile and Stone via Amazon and decided to go directly to their website; I liked what I saw and so cancelled my order with my usual supplier and became a convert. The Mapei adhesive was a little more than what I normally pay but because their deliver rates are nothing short of fantastic in comparison to my usual website, I was able to still make a saving! Would definitely recommend them to others and I would definitely use them again if need be.”

“Easy web site. Good price. Delivery fast, but disappointed goods were left outside front door.even though someone was at home all day. If they had been left in the porch we could have seen they were there. Not able to see it was delivered until another family member got home and asked why it was outside proper against the hedge.”
