“Wrote to Lilley Tile re issues with delivery and they have not had the courtesy to respond. In future I will be ordering further materials from different supplier. Very poor service.”

“I am not one for writing reviews but was very pleased with the service I received from this company. Viewing the website was easy and making the payment simple. When I received a phone call from them explaining that not all the goods were in stock and they had to come from Germany my heart sank, (I was on a time frame as the fitters were booked.) He assured me they would be in time and gave me the option to send what he had and send the rest at no extra cost. I said to hold them until the other parts arrived and send them all together. Which they did a couple of days later. The trim looks great and would be pleased to recommend Lilley to anyone.”
