“Order minus one item arrived on time and in good condition. The missing item was refunded automatically but was irritating as it was the only reason I ordered from LTS! It would have been better if LTS had contacted me in advance so I had the opportunity to cancel.”

“The Schluter Troba Line TL / TLG Drainage Channel was exactly what I expected. The 20mm depth allowed me to cut it into an existing tiled floor. Drain arrived just two days after I placed the order. Sales guy did not seem very familiar with the product.”

Hasan, Apologies for late reply. Dates on this type of product are not expiry dates but manufacturing dates. Maximum recommended storage time is then shown elsewhere on the packaging. For example: Epojet manufacturing date 28/12/2020 - Recommended storage time 2 years (Unopened )so that product will be good until 28/12/2022 and possibly later depending on storage method. “I ordered twice, because first time I was short of boards, first time board came badly packed, corners was rounded, second time was very different. Boards was professionally wrapped and in pristine condition, overall i was happy with purchase.”

“Got an email after original order to say you had to order from Germany, asked if that was ok. I emailed back and heard nothing after that until I rang the day after the date you had quoted me. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and it arrived 2 days later. Other than the lack of communication at the start all was good. Arrived well packaged.”

We recycle everything we can in house and try and balance the amount we need to use based on the protection your product requires to ensure safe arrival especially chemicals.
