“Unable to find any stores that stocked the Schluter tile trims, I found Lilley Tile & Stone as the only on-line retailer that stocked a variety of sizes and types of the Schluter tile trims that I was after. Order delivered promptly and well packaged (although may be too well packaged) and would not hesitate to re-order products from them again. Thank you.”

“Easy to order. Good value. Reasonable delivery charges. Delivered early enough to be able to start work. I would definitely use your company again. Parcelforce tracking on website was a bit confusing as I had not used it before. It was a bit worrying when it showed that there were only three items for delivery when I had ordered twelve but it turned out that there were four items per box on delivery. Also showed that it was on express delivery when I had ordered three/five day which was again worrying as I was left wondering if I was going to be charged extra. I hope this feedback helps. “Everything happened as it should, ordered one day delivered the next. which is good, as so many times all you get is a call from other suppliers to say something has gone wrong and it will be a couple of days. Well done.”

“The package arrived the next day which was very impressive, despite me only paying for regular delivery. Only thing I would change is I would prefer to be able to have chosen a cheaper delivery option (cheapest is £9.99) as I wouldn't have minded waiting a bit longer to receive the goods. Excellent service though”

“It would be very helpful if you would have an option on your website where you could put the customer's details. As in my case after I've placed the last order and I've put the name of our customer on the order, we are receiving emails with his name on our server instead of our company name. Also I wasn't able to change the details on the order once I've place it on your system.”
