“Very happy with prompt response to order & regular email updates. Slightly disappointed with a small shortage of kerdi board fasteners as box they were in appeared damaged. These fasteners are quite expensive and I expected a complete box.”

“They have the best range of resources and I found in there what I was looking for. Unfortunately the next working day delivery is a bit expensive and I had to use it anyway. I receive the pallet with one item missing, could be a delivery company fault, I contacted Lilley Tile immediately and they offer to send me the item. Very good service, marked 4 stars only for the price of the delivery otherwise would be 5.”
