Sorry about the condition your goods arrived in. I'm checking your order now but could you confirm whether you raised the issue with the store? “We made a large order that arrived promptly the next day from two separate couriers for Mapei and kerokol sealants, as the order didn’t arrive together we called the store and they confirmed they are on their way both arrived on the day and times specified, we realised an error we made in ordering four sealants instead of the offer of 12 that was meant to be ordered and works out cheaper and called they sent a link to pay the difference and had the remaining 8 sealants out and with us the next day. Very good honest reliable service. Thankyou, Lilley Tile & Stone - greatly appreciated order in time before our Christmas deadline.”

“Lilley saved me again. Previously they have supplied Schluter Kerdi board at short notice with fast delivery. This time I was completely stuck trying to find Some Kerabond tile adhesive which is equivalent to American unmodified thinset. And Lilley were the only people who had it. And in stock at a great price, and delivered in two days. Lilley are great guys, they really pull it out the bag when you need it. Keep going guys!”

Avril, sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your level of service. There is only one delivery charge per order so I'm presuming you placed 2 orders so our guys in packing wouldn't necessarily pick up on this . Normally, if something is missed on the first order, when you place an additional order our sales will ask you to place the second one for collection which is free. Avril, it looks like you placed 2 seperate orders and we have just now refunded one of the delivery charges for you.
