“The tile trims I ordered which were made specially to a specific colour are great. They were well packaged and arrived perfect. The delivery system is misleading. On the Monday it said shipped. Should have said made. It was not shipped until Thursday as they had to dry and were delivered Friday. I stopped in all week in case they were delivered. I was told you didn't get delivery slots as delivered by bulk deliveries but actually arrived in a normal size delivery van rather than a builders lorry. In summary excellent product but you need to make the tracking more obvious eg delivery anticipated Friday would have helped.”

“We made a large order that arrived promptly the next day from two separate couriers for Mapei and kerokol sealants, as the order didn’t arrive together we called the store and they confirmed they are on their way both arrived on the day and times specified, we realised an error we made in ordering four sealants instead of the offer of 12 that was meant to be ordered and works out cheaper and called they sent a link to pay the difference and had the remaining 8 sealants out and with us the next day. Very good honest reliable service. Thankyou, Lilley Tile & Stone - greatly appreciated order in time before our Christmas deadline.”

“Lilley saved me again. Previously they have supplied Schluter Kerdi board at short notice with fast delivery. This time I was completely stuck trying to find Some Kerabond tile adhesive which is equivalent to American unmodified thinset. And Lilley were the only people who had it. And in stock at a great price, and delivered in two days. Lilley are great guys, they really pull it out the bag when you need it. Keep going guys!”
