Jim, We do try and keep costs down where we can on delivery and charges are reviewed regularly. I do understand that when the value of the delivery exceeds the value of the product it seems hard to quantify, but we still have to pcover delivery costs and unlike a lot of our competition, we don't ammortise the price of the delivery in with the goods themselves. “Great customer service. My initial order required a replacement item to be sent out and, following a brief email detailing the issue, I received a speedy reply from Stu who then arranged for a replacement to be sent out. The replacement item arrived a couple of days later.”

“First time I ordered Eco Protec Black Spot Remover, total success, received within 2 days. Second time, ordering over the internet as before, the site would not allow me to put anything in the basket, I tried phoning but was cut off, so emailed. Having received a reply I tried again and all was well and order will arrive in 2 days.”

“We are refurbishing our bathroom. Kris and Ben at Lilley Eltham have been outstanding helping with the design and with choosing the right furniture, taps, accessories. They have also assist with following with suppliers when some items were delayed. They have provided a very professional service being very approachable and polite. That helps with the stress of building work! R Elias”
