“Ordered 2 walll light.Fittings promptly delivered but unfortunately broken. These were promptly replaced and I have just received. These appear to be undamaged. Kept informed at all times. My thanks”

“I bought some LED kitchen lights which were great, but I changed my mind on the colour. Therefore, I ordered the colour I wanted which arrived quickly and were exactly what I was looking for. Although I returned the first lights I ordered by signed for post, I have still not received a refund from Light Supplier 2 weeks on. I have called and written to Light Supplier but I have not heard back from them. I'm hoping I will be refunded in the next couple of days.”

“LED driver did not work on receipt. Contact details on enclosed leaflet were for manufacturer/agent use email address on invoice. LS responded with request for picture by return. Went quiet for 3 days then replacement part arrived. Nice surprise and thanked them for part which worked normally.”
