“Despite paying £4.99 (2-4 working days) delivery charge item didn't receive. When I called them after the said days then only they send my light.”

“Pleased with the product, but delivery instead of 3 to 5 days as indicated on website, it took about 2 to 3 weeks. Seller seemed very proactive in sorting problem, whatever it was! Two pendant lights, well packaged and parcel arrived in good condition.”

“I am a little disappointed in your service. The advice you give is good but delivery of the ordered products is poor. This may well be due to recent activity by Royal Mail staff but you do not seem to offer an alternative. I have not received notification that my order has been dispatched and had to make an enquiry by phone. I am still waiting delivery”

“Great price easy to install meets my lighting needs for the kitchen but the delivery time was really bad paid for standard delivery 2-4 days(order 10/10/22) arrived 24/10/22 delivery time needs to be improved”

“Both defusers where different the larger one was clear and the shorter one was frosted My electrician had fitted them when I arrived home so I am wondering if you could send me either a new frosted cover for the longer unit or a clear one for the smaller unit. I feel I cannot send it back as it has been installed so if you can help I would appreciate it. Rita Weeks”

“I ordered a single LED downlight and it arrived in a good packaging. There was a small plastic cover and a clip missing indicating that someone had opened the box and taken it. I needed it quickly so I installed it anyway and made good with electrical tape. Not ideal but it was isolated. It works fine so I didnt return but if you sell something on the internet, you need to make sure the contents of the box are complete.”

“Ordered 4 LED Under Cabinet Striplights. Products received - 2 boxes had the fittings missing. These have been requested and are still awaited. In the meantime, I have fitted the striplights with two on the alternative fittings supplied in the boxes with fittings. The lights are easy to fit and are good quality items. I also bought 2 link cables which were just right when used together for linking two of the lights under the same run of cabinets. Would be 5 Star but for the missing fittings - the representative I spoke to did not apologise but blamed the manufacturer from whom the items are sent out direct apparently.”
